What are the Creekview Neighborhood Association Boundaries

The Winding Creek Neighborhood (originally named the Creekview Specific Plan) is what makes up the Creekview Neighborhood Association boundaries. 

When will we get parks built?

Timeline is unknown, but estimated to be between 2026 and 2028. See Parks and Rec page for more details

"The City is evaluating funding, locations and priorities for new parks within the Creekview area. Evaluation includes funds collected to date for park construction, costs for construction, Mello-Roos assessment amounts being paid to support maintenance, locations of homes and occupancy. Priorities are evaluated annually during the budget cycle, which start in January of each year. Please note, Mello-Roos assessments do not pay for park development (construction) and are only assessed once a park is built."

The first public workshop for park C-63 (between Lemonade Ln and Treehouse Ln) took place virtually September 2023. It is anticipated that this park may be completed in mid to late 2025, possibly early 2026

"The concept sketch is being developed and we are also looking at the costs to ensure that what is presented fits within the budget. As soon as the sketch and budget match, we will send out a meeting notice to review in person with the neighborhood."

May 12, 2023 Update:

The processing of the Roseville Industrial Park is currently on pause while the project applicant, Panattoni Development Corporation, pursues additional public outreach. See the message from Panattoni below.

The City of Roseville will not be actively processing the application or preparing responses to the public comments regarding the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR), while Panattoni conducts its outreach.

At the conclusion of Panattoni’s outreach, the City will notify all interested parties of the next steps. If significant changes to the project description occur, there is the potential for additional environmental analysis and the possible need to recirculate the DEIR for public comment.

The City will continue to update this project webpage and notify interested parties when new information arises. Subscribe to the project list.
