Parks & Recreation

Our parks are not developed at this time. At full build-out our neighborhood will have 4 parks, a walking trail along Pleasant Grove Creek and a preserved open space to the north.

City's statement on current status of our parks: "The City is evaluating funding, locations and priorities for new parks within the Creekview area. Evaluation includes funds collected to date for park construction, costs for construction, Mello-Roos assessment amounts being paid to support maintenance, locations of homes and occupancy. Priorities are evaluated annually during the budget cycle, which start in January of each year. Please note, Mello-Roos assessments do not pay for park development (construction) and are only assessed once a park is built."

Walking trail along Pleasant Grove Creek is open to the public.
