At full build-out our neighborhood will have 4 parks, a walking trail along Pleasant Grove Creek and a preserved open space to the north.
Lower Bank Park, located at Lower Bank Drive and Lemonade Lane, opened to the public in December of 2025 and will be dedicated on March 7, 2026. The park is 2.5 acres and features a half basketball court, shaded picnic area, play structure and large open grass area.
The next park scheduled for development is the School Site Park (C-60), located at Westbrook Blvd. and Celebrate Dr. adjacent to the new Winding Creek Elementary School currently under construction.
The park will be 6.8 acres and is currently in the planning stages.
The first Public Workshop took place via Microsoft TEAMS on January 20, 2026 at 6:00pm. A recording of the meeting and meeting minutes are available online at the city of Roseville Parks Planning page.
